1. Information You Choose to Store

The app may store space names, platform addresses, display preferences, account labels, notes, passwords, and time-based one-time password (TOTP) setup keys that you enter. Space and platform records are stored locally. Passwords and TOTP keys are kept in the device Keychain. The app does not require an app account and does not operate a developer server that receives this content.

2. Separate Web Sessions

Each space uses isolated WebKit website data. When you visit a third-party website, your device communicates directly with that service. The service may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, cookies, login data, and activity under its own privacy policy. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services.

3. Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Files

• Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to scan a TOTP setup QR code.
• A website may request camera, microphone, photo, or file access for a feature you initiate. iOS asks for permission, and the data is sent to that website only after your choice.

QR recognition and TOTP generation are performed on the device. The app does not upload scanned images or TOTP keys to the developer.

4. Purchases

Apple processes payments. The app receives verified purchase information, such as the purchase date, current entitlement, refund, or revocation status. The app does not receive your full payment card details. A small membership-status cache is stored locally so access can appear immediately while Apple refreshes it.

5. Tracking and Analytics

The app does not include developer-operated advertising, cross-app tracking, or analytics services, and does not sell personal information.

6. Retention and Deletion

Deleting a space removes its isolated website data, saved password, and TOTP key. Deleting a platform also removes its spaces. Use the in-app deletion controls before uninstalling if you want Keychain items removed; operating-system Keychain retention after uninstall may vary. Purchase history remains managed by Apple so purchases can be restored with the same Apple Account.

7. Security and Your Choices

The app uses iOS data protection, Keychain storage, and optional local device authentication. No method is risk-free. Protect your device passcode, review website permissions, and do not store information you do not want on the device.

8. Children, Regions, and Changes

The app is a general utility and is not directed to children under 13. Its local features work consistently across regions, although third-party websites and Apple services may differ by location. Material policy changes will be reflected in an updated local policy and effective date.
